After wracking my brain, trying to explain my favorite things about MCA, I realized that the best people for the job were my children. The way they love their school activities, the way they rush to the car on school mornings, the way they incorporate their education into real life: these are the reasons why we are committed to MCA. The leadership is strong. The community is tight. The feeling is warm and fuzzy.
The most important factor in preschool, to my mind, anyway, is the teaching staff. I've spent a few more minutes wracking my brain, wanting to give an accurate description of the teachers we've enjoyed at MCA, and have come only to this: there ARE no words to describe them. I can't explain the caring ways our teachers have used to shape my children's lives. I can't put into words the way they have bolstered their self image. And I absolutely can't describe how much I love them; they are truly like a family to me.
We are really happy to have spent our preschool years at MCA, and would do it exactly the same, if we had to do it again. My children have come out better than they went in, in all ways. I have placed a high value on my kid's experience there, and MCA has met our expectations every time. It's especially evident that all our needs are met when I hear my children's enthusiasm; who needs more than to hear a sparkly little voice exclaiming, "The singing! I LOVE the singing!"

When I went on the tour with my then 4 year old son, the first thing that Jill made sure we understood was the spiritual components of what they believe at MCA. I appreciated the value placed on spiritual growth. I was also very impressed with the teachers and the quality of education. This year my son is in the Transitional Kindergarten class, which I feel was one of the best decisions we ever made for him. He LOVES Ms. Kelli and Ms. Amy! He has learned so much this year. He is reading and has a very strong grasp of phonics, even many blends that I would never have thought he would be learning before Kindergarten. His teachers have a genuine love for each of their students and the children love being together.
